It's a Fringe thing

I fell in love with this fringe top and knew I had to reconstruct it. I started by cutting off the excess fringes which for the most part were pretty tangled up. I then separted the bottom portion from the top removing the sleeves and upper neckline. I then began work using the bottom half and turning the material into a fun frill summer shirt.
